Introduction of VAT
Changes in government regulations now place our business in the category required to charge VAT.
However, as per government instructions, basic services such as haircuts and washes remain VAT-excluded.
This means VAT will apply only to certain services and retail products, while essential treatments will stay exempt.
Introduction of Booking Fee
To improve our scheduling process and ensure appointment availability for all clients, we are introducing a 40% booking fee for all appointments.
This fee will help us reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows. It will be deducted from your final bill when you attend your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and your booking fee will be carried over to your new date.
When This Takes Effect
These updates will take effect from 10th October 2025.
All bookings made after this date will follow the new VAT and booking fee policy.
